Osteoporosis runs in my family, how can i prevent getting it, what to do?

Osteoporsis: Osteoporosis is most common as menopause begins. It is easy to measure and easy to control. Unless you have had minor trauma fractures you need not be concerned until you go through menopause. At that time you should see if your bone health can be assessed.
