Relax: While it's good to be concerned with what you eat and doing regular exercise you need to be smart. Obviously too much of anything whether exercise or otherwise can cause quite a list of overuse injuries from stress fractures to tendinitis, etc. Concern with your diet is good. You certainly want to limit wasted calories. But it's really more important to eat healthy and not just count calories.
