A member asked:

When one starts lowering calories and exercising when will one start seeing a difference in their body...?

About 3 days: It depends on how much the drop in calories is and how much exercise a person is doing. For example, dropping daily calories by 50, and exercising by walking around the block once, will not be noticeable for a long while. But, for the average person, dropping a 300-500 calories a day, and exercising for 30-40 minutes each day, she will notice her body feels better and stronger after a few days.
