Dont start back: You are a nicotine addict. Your subconscious wants you to start smoking. You are having withdrawal. Food temporarily helps. HOWEVER, you need to pick your fail points. Men want someone to tell them to start smoking again. The wife says "you are getting fat" etc. Be especially careful about how you treat others. What will you do when they say "I liked you better nicer when you smoked.
