Best educated guess: need more vitamin d probably a current or former smoker need repeat urinalysis, clean catch if red cells seen in uncontaminated specimen, see urologist- as smokers have higher risk bladder cancer and with r upper abdominal pain, ? kidney issue most importantly, follow up with MD
