Could be gallbladder: Did you have your gallbladder checked by your dr? usually, liver enzyme tests as well as an US can help in your dx. Also, does your pain get better/worse with food? does it radiate? any fever/nausea/vomiting/diarrhea? are you having back pains? blood in the urine could be related to kidney stones, amongst other things. you may need a CT of abdomen/pelvis. if pain persist, go to ER

Not eating: Ketones rise when a person is not eating well. A trace of blood has usually no importance. And your hemoglobin is actually high. Perhaps you are a bit dehydrated. i would suggest eat weell and drink well and if all else fails get a second opinion but not a third

Ketonuria: Ketones in your urine reflects a prolonged fast; your cells had converted to fat burning for fuei; trace RBC in urine may not reflect any abnormality; microscopic view matters; it can though reflect a renal irritation or inflammation; is your gall bladder alright? is your right kidney alright: any cysts? Cysts bleed.
