Gums / buccal mucosa: Bumps on gum and inside of cheek usually go to the dentist.

Gum bump: Dentists examine inside a patients mouth all day long and every day they practice. Dermatologist usually don't. Most general dentists can determine and treat most intraoral dental problems and when they can't they may refer you to an Oral Surgeon or Periodontist.
