Maybe: The gestational sac is usually visible at 4.5-5 weeks from your last menstrual period on Transvaginal Ultrasound. It may not be visible with a standard abdominal ultrasound. If you conceived on August 7, you may be able see the sac by august 28 transvaginally. It might be better to wait until 7-8 weeks because by then, you can see a heart-beat and date the pregnancy with accuracy. Best wishes!
