No.: At 10 days the embryo is just a tiny collection of cells beginning to implant in the uterine wall. At 2-3 weeks thickening of the endometrium might be seen on transvaginal ultrasound. Occasionally a tiny gestation sac might be seen. After 4 weeks an intrauterine gestational sac is usually seen with heartbeat expected between 5 and 7.5 weeks. For earliest pregnancy test, use a serum pregnancy test
