Not likely: Are there any lesions on your hand or arm? The node may be responding to some infection in the limb. If it persists for more than three months, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Other causes, too: Have you played with a kitten and been scratched lately? Could be something else like Cat Scratch Fever. Please see your primary care physician for exam and evaluation. You may need a biopsy of the lymph node. If you had lymphoma, having a lymph node easy to biopsy is fortunate.
