Yes: There are labs that specialize in doing vitamin levels. Go to the American College for the Advancement of Medicine and you could probably find a lab to look into for that.

Vitamin testing: most vitamins do not require testing. B12 and a few other that may be deficient in the diet can be.

B12 and D: Seem to be the ones that most often require monitoring. Occasionally I will check others like Folate (folic acid) and Thiamine depending on the clinical situation. I check Vit A levels if there is history of positional headache (pseudotumor cerebrii) or problems with night vision.
