Digestion: Unhealthy sleep habits could be many things. A simple change like adding betaine hcl after eating and digestive enzymes will prevent the bulk of undigested food reaching large intestine causing a person to wake up. The other changes are lowering stimulants during daytime including caffeine, night following a ritual like going to bed same time and adding melatonin, valerian root at night will help
