Not likely but ?: Sucrafate and Anti-perspirants both contain aluminum which is absorbed and stored in bodily tissues. Chronic may cause toxicity, most particularly for patients with chronic renal disease or who are on dialysis. I would advise switching to an anti-perspirant that doesn't contain aluminum such as Arm and Hammer. Ask your physician if there is an alternative to Sucrafate for your condition.
