Talk to GI: There seems to be something systemic going on other than just an acid condition. I am particularly concerned about the metaplasia in the intestine (small intestine). Celiac disease needs to be ruled out. If you have frequent sinus or lung infections, an immune evaluation would be in order as well. Pose your questions to your GI doctor .

Gastritis : Unlikely, but you need to see your Gastro again as you need to get adequate treatment. Good Luck
