A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chiari malformation: Chiari malformations are structural defects in the cerebellum ( controls balance) in type I which can be acquired, the cerebellum is compressed through FM., as a result, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid is blocked. Your dizziness is due to imbalance from cerebellar compression which will improve with a shunt surgery. There is no role for Oto, this is not likely primary vestibular.
