A member asked:

Have had dizziness for 6 weeks. mri with contrast revealed a few scattered less than 2 mm lesions. also showed one 7 mm lesion in right colostrum. none were visible after contrast administered. report says likely due to microangipathy? thoughts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

First, have no clue what "colostrum" means. Secondly, discuss results with both radiologist and your regular doctor. Third, would not find any of the MRI description to correlate with dizziness, and the "microangiopathy" simply implies hardening of the arterioles. This does not describe a stroke, so, to me, a nondiagnostic outcome.
