Can b normal: for your age. If one is in otherwise good health these findings may not be clinically signficant. Your doctor may elect to monitor these with another MRI with contrast.

Probably nothing: These findings by themselves are usually not clinically significant, and do not indicate a specific problem. I see them in many patients in my practice, and they do not seem to correspond to these patients' symptoms. If you are worried that some early disease process is present, a repeat or follow up MRI in 4-6 months can be done. If the two MRI studies stay the same, then you can relax.
