Patient age 24 with migrain and MRI shows both frontal lobes show multiple subcortical white matter foci of high T2/FAIR signal. any advise?
MRI results ordered by ENT - "A couple tiny areas of T2 bright signal are seen in the subcortical white matter of the right frontal lobe. There may also be a tiny hyperintensity in the right parietal white matter." Should I consult w/ a Neurologist?
