Stay Hopeful: Appetite issues are common in Depression and Anxiety disorders. 4 days is too soon to say if effexor (venlafaxine) is working. You have to give it a few weeks. Make sure you are getting adequate nutrition even if you're not that hungry. Try to use nutrition drinks and bars.
