Insomnia: Not good practice to start these form of drugs for sleep,they are highly addictive,,,,very commonly pt's plateau on them,needing inc dosages,,theres are better drugs/methods for sleep

Good alternatives: As mentioned, you must see a doc in person but drugs should be a last resort. Consider 5-HTP, theanine, magnesium, & herbs like valerian, passionflower, skullcap, hops, ashwagandha & tulsi tea, also homeopathic remedies. Avoid caffeine later than noon.
