Mogadon restoril: Nitrazepam (Mogadon) is a long acting benzodiazepine hypnotic that is used short-term relief of severe anxiety or insomnia. It has not been approved by the FDA for marketing in USA. Temazepam (Restoril) is also a long acting benzodiazepine hypnotic that is used for insomnia. It is FDA approved. I would chose a drug that is FDA approved.
