You need monitoring: You do need regular monitoring as you have medical issues that are at odds with one another. For example, your thyroid issues can worsen your psychiatric problems, but you need to have TSH supressed to avoid recurrence of your cancer. Clearly, this is something you should talk to your doc about. Explain the issues with finance and time, ask if you can be seen every 6-8 weeks instead of 4.
