If node underneath the left jaw enlarges and the patient had peripheral cardiac effusion, drained out p effusion, fluid shows nothing, what is to do next?

Lymph node: Enlarged lymph node, pericardial effusion can be from malignancy, infection etc..., tuberculosis is high in the differencial diagnosis, even when fluid does not show ' anything'.
