Vitamins : Prenatal vitamins are not involved in regulating the menstrual cycle. The full like acid present in them can help prevent certain birth defects. There are hundreds of brands. Go to any pharmacy and there will be an entire row for you to choose from. You may choose anyone that you find appealing.
