Need Evaluation: Irregular cycles should be evaluated right off the bat. While you have a chance of pregnancy, it's low, but your miscarriage rate is high. You would do well to treat the problem first for some time before ovulation treatment because the things that cause irregular periods can cause complications in pregnancy like high blood pressure and diabetes.

ART indicated.: Several things can be done to help; make sure your thyroid is working well, check for hyperandrogenism/chronic anovulation syndrome (pcos/hcas), maintain normal weight for height, avoid smoking, remain optimistic, keep trying to conceive at least 3 times weekly, take Folic Acid and consult an infertility specialist. Metformin or Clomiphene may be helpful if your doctor thinks so. Hsg, laparoscopy?
