You need blood work.: The only way to answer your questions is to perform hormonal blood work. "Other symptoms" are too general and too unreliable to make any conclusions. The test will be able to determine if you ovulated (raising Progesterone) and/or if you conceived (presence of bHCG). The time from menses to ovulation varies while between ovulation and next menses is fixed (about 2 weeks) if not pregnant. Good luck
