"Irregular periods": "Irregular periods" may indicate delayed ovulation, and it will be difficult to predict ovulation. Polycystic ovarian disease will cause irregular periods, but frequently ovulation does not occur prior to bleeding. Get a consult with a fertility physican (gyn endocrinologist) as ovulation induction may be necessary.
