Trying to conceive: Your abortion likely has nothing to do with your struggling to conceive - abortion does not affect fertility. Rather, it is likely because of irregular periods. If you have irregular periods, it may be more difficult to become pregnant. You should see a gynecologist to be evaluated. You may need bloodwork. You can also try using an ovulation predictor kit to time intercourse.
