A 19-year-old female asked:
is there any over-the-counter multivitamins that could help with irregular periods?

Just taking vitamins: isn't a good approach. It is best to be evaluated by gynecologist/ physician to see if the cause of irregularity can be better assessed. Treatment plan may be developed in response to cause. Take care.
