Good health: The best way to prepare for a healthy pregnancy is to get your body into a healthy routine. Regular sleep, water intake, proper nutrition and exercise should be the basics. Make sure you see your doctor to address/treat any underlying health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, STD's etc. Start taking a pregnancy multivitamin. And be sure to engage in de-stressing activites.
