Family history of colon cancer, 3 weeks of constant burning upper left ab pain, could colon be a suspect? h pylori negative. hurts both sides aft eat.

Unlikely: Unlikely colon cancer as typically not that painful after eating and your age is a bit young. My hunch is you are on a medication for heartburn, maybe it is not working anymore…, you are also on metformin which can cause abdominal complaints…. Talk to your doctor, there are some tests he/she can do and send you to a gastroenterologist if no answer from labs/ultrasounds.

See GI specialist: Colon CA uncommon at your age. There are a number of other causes of pain such as yours. Ask your physician for a referral to a gastroenterologist for a comprehensive evaluation.
