Hmmmm: Unlikely at 20 Y.O. More common is stomach problem like irritation, infection or ulcer. You could have irrirable bowel as well. Best see your gastroenterologist.

Pains: Colon cancer does not generally cause pain unless it is very advanced with intestinal blockage or metastatic spread of cancer. See your doctor for an exam. Many things that are not cancer cause pains.
