Very small: You are extremely young for ALS which typically does not affect people until 50 for those with a higher incidence in their family. The twitches can have multiple causes and so you should see a Neurologist. They do not mean ALS which is characterized by muscle spasticity and rapidly progressive weakness due to muscle wasting. This results in difficulty speaking, swallowing, and breathing.

Virtually Zero: Your age and symptoms both make it extremely unlikely that you will end up with ALS.

Statistically low: Likely no more than 0.8 in 100,000 people.
