Think differently: There are no "natural remedies" for anything. "Ancient wisdom" is a myth. It's an indulgence of the ignorant. You can bank on it: Anything touted as a "natural remedy" by health hucksters is almost certainly worthless. Try yoga, meditation, breathing, exercise. Nothing mystical or magical here: These help focus attention and create a sense of well-being. "Ch'i" doesn't exist, either.
