Depression?: Increased sleep and irritability can be signs of depression. You might consider talking with a therapist if you are noticing it interfering with your relationships and work.

That is two question: Sleep is part habit, part biologic, and part escape. When do you go to bed? The average person sleeps 6-7 hours daily. Do you nap? I wonder about depression, Satisfaction with your life. Why you are mad at people. There are certainly some emotional problems here that you may be dealing with by sleeping all day. You probably need some help more than a quick 400 word answer.
