Recently, almost everyday, i can't wake up on time. I press the bottom of alarm and then keep on sleeping. Everytime when i get up later, i feel blue.
I go to sleep at 3/4 am...And no matter how long i sleep, i still wake up tired, and if i eat or get bored, i go to sleep later in afternoon, normal?
Hello. Im constantly tired. It doesnt get better with rest I wake 2/3times a night. Bloods are normal. I suffer with acute stress and anxiety/depression for years and sleep has never been affected as bad until now. Should I be worried its serious?

Sometimes I will get palpitations that take my breath away (gasp for a breath). They only happen at night laying down, and will even wake me up from sleep. Lots of cardiac work up normal. Is this common?
