Teething: Your baby should be getting enough calcium from their milk. No need to supplement. Age at first tooth appearance is highly variable. If still no sign at 1 use well check discuss with pediatrician. Good luck.

Not particularly: Normal infants can have teeth at birth or not until 15-16 mo.It has nothing to do with calcium intake, it is preprogramed into babies genes.
