Headaches: Your headaches could be coming from tension, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, teeth grinding, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems among other things. See a doctor to get checked out so you can get some help for your headaches.

What can I do about clothing that hurts by the end of the day?

Interesting question: Is the question asking what to do about discomfort caused by wearing certain clothing? (clothing itself is not alive and has no feelings.) a person could have some sensory nerve problems in the skin that signal pain when that part of the skin is touched by clothing (a dermatologist or neurologist can look into the matter). One can try wearing different fabrics to see if softer fabrics help.

Why the symptoms of chiari malformations worse on some days, and better on others?
2 doctor answers • 8 doctors weighed in

Dr. Gregg Albersanswered

Symptoms: This malformation is due to pressure in the brain pushing down on the back portion, the cerebellum. Headaches, nausea, dizziness, muscle weakness, and ringing in the ears (tinnitis). Other neurological symptoms, such as restless leg syndrome, sleep apnea, problems with swallowing. An MRI of the head and specialist care by a neurologist will help to diagnose and treat this problem.
