When i turn my neck it hurts at the base of my skull and continues up to the top of the right side of my head in a narrow corridor. it feels like something is being pulled and has lasted a few days now. what could cause this?

Sounds like: you are pinching the OCCIPITAL nerves (Nerves which run from your neck to the back of your head. Report this to your Primary Care Professional for an exam to rule out reasons for this pressure (a neck MRI may be indicated) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
