No: Fainting, bleeding, dehydration is very concerning. Speaking to your family or calling 911 to take you to the emergency room is what I would suggest. good luck

Go to ER: If you bled so much you fainted, you need to go to the ER right now! Have somebody else drive you, or call 911. Hopefully it is nothing serious but you (and we) cannot tell for sure, without getting checked. So do it!

Not normal;go to ED: Any time you pass out (fainting/syncope) and have been bleeding heavily you may be seriously anemic and need a transfusion. I would recommend going to the emergency department immediately.

No: you should be seen to check and see if you are anemic. you should not be passing out. There might be other tests that should be done. The heavy bleeding needs to be addressed.

Heavy bleeding: You should visit your doctor as those heavy bleeding periods may have given you anemia which may have been the cause of your fainting and contribute to your fatigue. Keep hydrated and follow up with your Doctor.
