Need evaluation: Heavy menstrual bleeding can have many causes and needs complete work up. I recommend that you have an evaluation by a gynecologist, sooner than later especially since you are symptomatic with fatigue, etc. A complete evaluation will rule out various uterine pathology as causes, thyroid abnormalities, and anemia.
