Doubtful: Coconut water is all natural and full of natural electrolytes and water. It would be less likely to cause constipation and does not contain significant fiber. Good luck

No: coconut water has sugar in it and sugar is not constipating. Fiber is helpful, but exercise is best. Vigorous exercise moves the bowels. Running, cycling,swimming aerobic things make the body want to drop its load.

Probably not: Contrary to your concerns, coconut water is used by many to HELP in constipation. Pl see link. Also, according to some, constipation may not necessarily be caused by a lack of dietary fiber. Constipation, like asthma, can often be caused by opioid peptides in wheat- and dairy products and beta-carbolines in prepared food. (proteinous prepared food in particular).
