Exercise+Fiber: If it is constipation, the most effective tx is usually moving/exercise, the more active the better. We are clearly creatures designed to move; sedentary life ↑constipation, activity ↓es. Given all our outside energy expending technology, we don’t use our primary, far more important & complex technology: our bodies as much. Prunes (not juice) & high fiber foods often help help but exercise best.

Try it ,its not hard: But what other things are you eating? If you are heavy into diary, that may be constipating. Better to increase legumes and vegetables try it and see.
