No: That is a normal diurnal variation in temperature. And leukemia means that the white blood cells have gone wild and you have a normal cbc. No worries

Not necessarily: There isn't necessarily anything significantly out of the ordinary. Remember there is variation in your body temperature throughout the day. It's lowest in the early morning and highest in the late afternoon/early evening. Though 99.6, if an oral temperature, is on the high side.

Body temp: Our body's temperature fluctuates normally though out the day. With a normal CBC these could be your natural body temperatures.
