Ive had unexplained occasional small bruising the last 6 months. it fades quickly. all cbc is normal the last six months. recently myelocytes were checked for the first time. it was 1.0% and absolute myelocytes 64. does this point to leukemia?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the finding you provided alone is not diagnostic of leukemia, nor does it exclude it. You should consult a hematologist. Wish you good health!
