petechaie and nosebleed on pillow in morning with heavy period. normal platelets at 331. should i worry about leukemia with normal cbc?

No: Given the information you provided, it is very unlikely that you have leukemia. Try to use a little bit of moisturizer on inside of the nose. Use it sparingly and do not try to go deep into the nose. Dry mucosa in the nose may be causing the bleeding. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
