Angioedema: It is probably and allergic reaction to food or other locally applied substances. Use anti histamines otc and pay attention to what are you putting in the lips or eating that might be causing it.

Allergic reaction?: Sounds like a possible allergic reaction. See if you can identify what might have triggered such a response. You can take loratidine or certrizine to see if it takes away the symptoms. Consult with your doctor about this.
