Since 8 am the right side of my lower bottom lip has been numb and swollen. i did not bite my lip. the numbness isn't going away. is this serious?

See your doctor: There are several possible causes, most of them are not serious. If it persists for more than a few more hours, then tomorrow contact your doctor.
