Depends: It sounds like antibiotics took care of infection. It also however depends on other factors, time that follow up radiograph was taken and what organ of body involved, lung , bone , kidney etc. There are different healing times for different organisms viruses, bacteria and fungi as well as different healing times for different parts of body.
