I finished antibiotics for strep 12 days ago (zpack) and i no longer show any sign of infection. my lymph nodes were swollen but have gone down. i drank heavily saturday and they feel more swollen today. is that just the alcohol?

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast.
